- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a surgery that Dr. Kaufmann recomended so I can get pregnant, later on I went to the best Dr. at University of Pennsylvania, Penn Fertility Care in Philadelphia, they said my surgery wasn't need it at all. I would never recommend such a Dr. all he wanted is more money in his pocket.April 24, 2017by A Google User
